Christmas Pizza Bites are definitely something quick and easy to pull together for lunches, when you don’t want to have sandwiches!

Ingredients:

For Christmas Pizza Bites:
Tortilla Wrap (or you can use flat bread, pitta bread) – cut out with a medium Christmas Cookie Cutter
Cheese – Grated
Ham – sliced into long thin strips
Red Capsicum – diced

Yogurt
Sprinkles (Christmas or Hundreds and Thousands)
Strawberries – sliced
Grapes
Yoghurt covered fruit and nut mix
Capsicum – sliced into thin strips
Celery – sliced into thin strips
Cheese – cut out with a small Christmas Cookie Cutter

Instructions:

Heat oven to 180 degrees.

Cut tortilla out with Christmas Cookie Cutter.

Arrange on oven proof tray lined with baking paper.

Arrange Cheese on Tortilla, then add Ham in diagonal lines (like Tinsel) and add Capsicum (like baubles).

Place in oven and cook for 5 minutes.

While cooking arrange other ingredients on plate.

Once Pizza Bites are cooked, serve 3 per plate.

Add yoghurt and then sprinkles on top – if you do not have a divided plate, use a small bowl to put on the plate you are using for the yoghurt.

Arrange Strawberries, Grapes and Yoghurt covered Fruit and Nuts as “Baubles”

Capsicum, Celery and Cheese can be lined up together.

So adorable! Love your Christmas tasting plate.

I’ve gone a little crazy making my toddler cute Christmas-themed lunches. We’ve also made pizza trees which I piled with grated zucchini/courgette to get in some veg :) And I was very proud of my Christmas tree snow globe tortilla http://thegingerbreadmum.com/2012/12/05/cute-lunches-christmas-tree-snow-globe/

Very happily found you through FYBF x
